We would like to clarify that AGAPE ATP Corporation (“ATPC” or “the Company”) is not involved with Golden Pristine Synergy. A document circulated by Golden Pristine Synergy titled “GPS/SCO/JULY/2025 (164)”, dated 19 July 2025, signed by Professor Dr. Md Nasir Ibrahim, falsely positions ATPC as a “Strategic Partner”.
The use of ATPC’s name, logo and email was not authorised by ATPC and any agreements or transactions outlined in the document are not binding to ATPC.
Prof. Dr. Md Nasir Ibrahim is not an authorised representative of ATPC and holds no authority to act on behalf of the Company. Any claims or representations made by him, Golden Pristine Synergy, or representatives of Golden Pristine Synergy relating to ATPC are false and misleading.
ATPC is in the process of safeguarding its interests to prevent further misuse of its corporate identity, via appropriate legal channels.
ATPC asks all parties to disregard any documents or claims linking the Company to “GPS/SCO/JULY/2025 (164)” agreement.
