Mr. Ramesh Ruben Louis

Mr. Ramesh Ruben Louis serves as our Independent Non-Executive Director, with over 25 years of expertise in accounting and finance. He began his notable career in 2011 as the Executive Director & Principal Consultant at Assurance Threesixty Consulting, offering strategic financial advice.

From May 2006 to October 2009, Mr. Louis was an Executive Director at Anuarul Azizan Chew Group, focusing on internal audit, risk management, and internal controls, enhancing organizational financial health and integrity. He has also contributed to the boards of Greenpro Capital Corp., Seatech Ventures Corp., and Fortunes Valley Treasures, Inc., influencing financial reporting and policies in Malaysia and Singapore.

Mr. Louis holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the National University of Malaysia, an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, and a PhD from the University of Malaya. He is a member of CPA Malaysia and ACCA, and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia, recognised for his practical approach and leadership in finance.
