Officer. His career began as a quantity surveyor in Malaysia, and he has since expanded his expertise into
various sectors including investments, property development, hotel services, healthcare, anti-aging, film
production, and information technology.
Dr. How has been instrumental in the creation of more than 38 successful companies worldwide. He holds both a
Master’s and a Doctorate in Business Administration from Newport University, USA, equipping him with a robust
blend of theoretical knowledge and practical expertise.
His professional certifications are numerous and include Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA) and Certified Financial Consultant (CF) in the U.S. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management
(FCIM) and a Certified Professional Trainer (MPMA), accredited by the International Professional Managers
