Andrew Lee Kam Fan

Andrew Lee Kam Fan serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Agape ATP Corporation, a position he has held since January 2021. With a solid background spanning 38 years in accounting and finance, Andrew has been a key figure in developing and implementing our financial strategies.

He started his career at his own firm, Andrew Lee & Company, and has held significant roles such as Managing Director at ANSA CPA Limited and Independent Non-Executive Director at what is currently KOALA Financial Group Limited. He also collaborated with Friedman LLP from 2006 to 2017, focusing on compliance with U.S. GAAP standards.

Andrew earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Open University of Hong Kong and a Master’s degree in Professional Accounting from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. These affiliations reflect his dedication to professional development and expertise in his field.
