On June 28, 2024, Agape ATP Corporation (ATPC) successfully held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the ATPC Headquarters. The event saw the participation of approximately 50 shareholders, highlighting the active involvement and commitment of our stakeholders in shaping the company’s future.<\/span><\/p>\n

During the AGM, shareholders voted on the re-appointment of five key directors. The directors up for re-election were Mr. How Kok Choong, Wilfrendo Fernando Cortizo, Ramesh Ruben Louis, Vong John Hing, and Chee Chin Aik. Each director was proposed to serve a term expiring at the next annual meeting of stockholders or until their successors are duly elected and qualified. The re-appointment of these directors is critical for ensuring the continued strategic direction and governance of ATPC.<\/span><\/p>\n
