KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA \/ ACCESSWIRE \/ September 20, 2023 \/ AGAPE ATP CORPORATION –\u00a0<\/strong>AGAPE ATP CORPORATION (NASDAQ: ATPC) (\u201cAGAPE ATP\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), an international health and wellness service company, today commenced the trading of its common shares on The Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol \u201cATPC\u201d. The common shares closed their first day of trading above the offering price at $10.50.<\/p>\n

On September 7, 2023, the Company priced its underwritten public offering (the “Offering”) of 1,650,000 common shares at a public offering price of $4.00 per share. The gross proceeds to the Company from the Offering were $6,982,800, before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions, and other expenses.<\/p>\n
